We need to respect the philosophical choices of individual coaches of how they choose to bring students to qualifiers and how many they choose to bring.
Costs of the tournament are lower than many districts in the nation. Our costs include awards, meals, and clean judges.

ND Roughrider NSDA Live Doc for Congress
NOTE -- IF YOU ARE GROUPING YOUR CONGRESS STUDENTS, you may provide two sets of groupings. One for if we have two House chambers and one for if we have three House chambers. Until registration is in, we will not know how many chambers we have. NOTE - Groupings have to reflect even distribution of students across chambers. i.e. - If you have 3 students for two chambers you may have 2 and 1 distribution, but in 3 chambers they would be spread across all 3 with one in each chamber.
